II. OBJECTIVE
1. THE ARHITECTURE There shall be practiced two main entries: one main entry from designed road and the other one (secondary entry) from opposite side for restaurant supply with merchandises and also for personnel. Because of difficulties created by foundation field, the construction has no basement which involved special and expensive fundationing sollutions. As per founctional point of view, we’re counting the bellow-mentioned spaces:

· The construction had metallic structure concrete wrapped, with punctiform foundations, ferro-concrete foundation beams and with ferro-concrete floors. · The covering it’s executed with metallic shapes. · On execution there were used only construction & finishing materials that had quaity certificate.
3. INSTALLATIONS
· All spaces had electrical installations and appropriate water alimentation. · The instalations are executed with authorized and qualified personnel, that have followed as same all applicable rules. · The spaces heating it’s made with radiators connected to our villa’s own thermal station. · Cold domestic water alimentation it’s made from the city water network. · The sewerage of used domestic waters it’s made in city network. · The alimentation with electrical power it’s made also from the city network.
