Welcome to the Victoria Golf Society web site.

Are you looking for a friendly golf society with an emphasis on the word fun? Are you interested in playing different courses? Well, this golf society could be for you.

The golf society was originally formed over ten years ago as part of the Victoria Health and Leisure Club. But when more and more players’ friends and guests wanted to join, we decided to operate as an independent society. We called it the Victoria Golf Society – and kept a close link with the leisure club.

We are based in Southport, Merseyside, UK. We play private and public golf courses in Lancashire, Merseyside, and Greater Manchester. For our annual ‘away trip’, we’ve gone to other parts of the U.K.

We welcome men and women, with or without a handicap. We will in any case give you a society handicap, through our affiliation to the English Golf Union.
