The Exhibition and Sale of Works is held on the lawn area at the entrance to Granite Island Causeway in a Marquee of 1,250 square metres. An Entrance Fee of $5.00 per adult is charged which includes a colourful catalogue with an easy to follow directory of the paintings and the artists, plus a ticket in a draw for a door prize.

The Victor Harbor Annual Art Show, a project of the Rotary Club of Victor Harbor and corporate sponsors, attracts over 10,000 visitors each year who come to view a display of between 1,600 and 1,700 paintings, many by notable Australian artists. All works will be on display for judging and sale, making this Australia's largest regional Art Show.

Visitors to the Art Show have the opportunity to purchase paintings, which cover a large range of works from new artists to the more well known and respected established artists. All paintings displayed will be available for sale at commencement of exhibition, with the exception of those under acquisition for prizes. Purchases may only be made in person at the exhibition. Offers by telephone may be made after 10.30 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2009.

Sold and unsold works MUST be collected on Sunday, January 18, 2009 between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. Removal of sold paintings will not be permitted prior to the close of the show.
