Receival Day at the marquee will be Monday 5th January, 2009 from 9 a.m. to no later than 5 p.m. We will be reserving car parks at the northern end of the reserve for the convenience of those delivering paintings. Date for collection of paintings is Sunday January 18, 2009 - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Any paintings not collected on Sunday, January 18, 2009 will be returned at the artists expense. Please nominate a carrier. Paintings will be stored at your cost and will also be subject to an additional handling fee of $11.00 including GST. If not eventually collected, they will be disposed of in accordance with Item 20 of the Art Show Conditions. This year it will be imperative that the services of the couriers be used if the paintings cannot be collected on the Sunday by purchasers or artist, as we have only been able to find restricted suitable premises for the safe storage of paintings not collected..
