My name is Yoriwyn, I have come to help. You are swift I have been trailing you for half a day. No harm will come to you. I look strange but I am elf. Come! What is wrong? If we go past this small spance of trees we will be free from harm.
Take my cloak. It will warm you from the chill night. Yoriwyn turned and her hair was jewled in elf gems. Surely she is elf. Do not be troubled, all is well now. Come the sun , she sets. She uncloaks to show her fair linage.
The clouds say a storm is nigh. Let us go. The Lord awaits. She left in haste.
I am called Stilldusk, but you may call my Yoriwyn, friend. In the garden... ...with lembas in hand. I hear foul steps. Hurry!
Her dark mantle curved as she made her steps. She was cloaked in darkest red. Yoriwyn Stilldusk Card

Yoriwyn is an elf made from two worlds. Long ago before Númenór was destroyed and Elendil the tall came to claim Gondor and Arnor some Haradrim explored the north. A girl swathed in men's clothing snuck away with them. She was discovered and cast out from the group. They never returned for her. She tried to find her way home and ended up lost in the forest near Lindórinand. Four elves out on watch wandered near where she camped and one of them spied her walking. She was mistaken for a man due to her clothing. The elf company watched her for two days until under the watch of Daelinfyn she disrobed and bathed in a nearby pool. She was discovered to be woman and the elves took pity on her for she appeared to be alone without direction. She came to live with them and care for the one who had seen her as woman. They had a child. She was Haradrim and Elf.

"...and Yoriwyn was the daughter of an elf. Her father was like the color of day, her mother the color of night. She was ere color of dusk and so they called her Stilldusk."

A note on LOTR:
The Elf Yoriwyn was sewn while in the throws of a Lord of the Rings phase. I was completely enamored by the way the elves were portrayed in the new movies coming out. I noticed of course there were no black people anywhere in the story cause frankly JRR Tolkien was European, and he was looking to make a story that replaced the lore the Saxons destroyed when they invaded. Unfortunately the only black people in the story had sided with evil. Taking this into account I decided that in my Middle Earth history there will be some good people of color in the timeline somewhere. Stories are usually told from one side and I believe that in every story there is more than one side. That being said... even the Haradrim had some good guys, I'd like to be one. And in case you are thinking it... no I am not trying to make it PC. I really think when it comes down to it there were good Haradrim in a history of men that spans 4 ages of sun.
