Instructions:

• Click any link.
• A file will be downloaded to your hard drive.
• After it has been downloaded, the RealAudio player will activate and you can listen to the excerpt you selected. Listening to a sound file from your hard drive will mean the sound will flow smoothly. There won't be any of the jumpy jerky quality that you find with 'streaming' audio files.
• The good news:
  • Once you've listened to a selection one time you don't have to wait for it to download again! Even when you're not on line you can play selections from most browser sign-on screens.   How?
  • From the pull down menu bar select File Open and select a file ending in .ra
  • Press Okay, and the Real Audio player should activate.
  • Once you player is running, you can play other Real Audio sound files off your hard drive by using the player's control panel commands.
