		This is the very cozy and charming mother-in-law apartment.  It has it's own entrance and is fully equipped with a private kitchen, bath, bedroom and living room.
		The house is on 21 private secluded acres on the Lake Ninevah Road.  It is completely furnished and all linens are provided.   The "mother in law apartment" is located on the  lower level of the house with it's own separate entrance.			The den has a stereo, VCR, satellite TV (with full premium movie package) and woodburning stove.
					The sofa bed in the den opens to a queen size bed.
		The drapes open to the woods.
		The bedroom has a full bathroom off to the right and all of the comforts of home.
					The "in laws" get a queen size bed.
		Cozy kitchen seats four (or more).
