We all know that Ryoga has been pared with both Akari and Ukyo.
In the Manga it is clearly stated that Ryoga loves and ends up with Akari but in the Anime Akari doesn't existed, so people like to pare him up with Ukyo.
There are some scenes in the anime that show some interaction between the two but there is no real solid evidence of a relationship.
I bet your wondering what about Akane! Well, we all know that Akane is Ranma's girl and that she only likes Ryoga as a friend.
