a purification process to eliminate or ward off evil effects. The stone
embedded in the gold/silver/steel ring with a gap underneath the stone
to allow light rays to pass through to the finger, should be dipped in
raw milk for at least 3 (three) hours before the appointed time of
wearing. Red coral should be dipped in soap water prior to this. Similarly,
Ruby should be dipped in lemon juice.
