"The Big One!" Dealer Information

1. Location
   You are invited to participate in The Big One! Sports Card Show. The show will be held at:
   

   Croatian Cultural Centre
   3250 Commercial Drive
   Vancouver, B.C.

2. Show Dates

Friday, March 12 to Sunday, March 14, 2004.


3. Show Time
   The show will run on Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
   
   
4. Set-Up Time
   After full payment for tables is received, dealers can begin setting up at 9:00 AM on Friday. We will not have time to collect table money once the show has started.
   
   Dealers are required to pay all balances owed before setting up. When full payment is received in cash, the dealer will be given appropriate dealer identification and name tags. Name tags must be worn at all times. Dealers are discouraged from packing up their tables before the show ends.
   
   
5. Table Cost
   There will be plenty of room behind each table. Note: No pins, tacks, nails or staples of any kind are allowed on the walls. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $50 per pin penalty assessed by the hall owners.
   
   All tables are 8 feet, with an affordable price of just $175.00 (including tax) per table for all three days. Discounts on 2 or more tables.

   Tables are considered reserved only when we receive your full payment or a deposit of $100.00. So, if you book early, but delay sending in your payment, you might lose out. Receipts will be given the day of the show. To guarantee your table, please send in your deposit ASAP!

   Important: We will not have time to collect table money once the show has started, so all payments must be received prior to Friday. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET UP UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL FOR YOUR TABLE(S)

6. Rental
   Also available for rental:
   • White tablecloths ($7.00 each for all 3 days)
   • Showcases ($20.00 each for all three days)
   • Back-up tables ($20.00 each for all three days)
     
     
7. Atmosphere
   There is great lighting, a concession and plenty of free parking. We will have a super atmosphere!



8. Unloading
   The best way to load and unload, would be through the front doors (Commercial Drive). There will be dollies and carts available.
   
   
9. Door Prizes and Giveaways
   We will be giving away free wax packs to the first 100 guests each day. Great door prizes will also be given away each day.
   
   
10. Advertising
    As you may or may not know, we do extensive advertising (including in Beckett Hockey Collector and Canadian Sports Collector), bringing you the dealer a profitable and successful show. All table fees are used in promoting the show. We are experienced promoters and know how to pack the people in. We are very proud of the excellent reputation we've gained through twelve years of promoting these events. We also hold monthly shows at the Bonsor Recreation Complex in Burnaby. These shows have gained a great reputation from dealers and collectors alike.
