There can be only one!, Demolition Derby decides who?

Sam Schutte #4C 2001 and 2002

I don't have any before shots of this car but it was 76 Cutlass, just like this picture.

The car held up great, front frame rolled hard behind the rad supports.

We pulled the orginal motor and ran a Chevy 350. Took it to Freeport's AAPI show, the one were every compained how disorganized it was. This was Sam's first run and he won his heat with very few problems. In the feature he had troubles finding gears and sat in the middle of the track for a long time going back and forth and noone touched him. Got down to him and a Impala and he had no steering and was hot as hell. Got 2nd in the feature, pretty nice first run!

The whole trunk just collasped inward.

Sam ran this car in Monroe 2002, It had a suspect tranny before the race. It would take several seconds before it would engage any gear. It work great otherwise, so we decided to go with it. He won his heat race, he actually drove a little mellower(is that a word) because of the slow tranny and I think it helped. During the feature wild man cousin Aaron put a major hit on him and stuck him in the corner where he eventually burned up the tranny.

We also ran this 71 Impala in Waren IL where he finished it off and suffered a few cuts and bruises himself. After pics to come soon.
