With this executable you can load a vibes scheme file and choose any of the color items. A color dialog will come up with the color shown for the selected item. The color can be modified using the standard windows color dialog. Changes can be saved to a file. Previews of changes are shown.

1. You can now choose a mode where you select which screen to display. Only the Color Items used on that screen are listed in the tree. The tree starts out expanded.
2. The Progress line Caret now has the horizontal lines at the top and bottom.
3. A small icon has been added.
4. The large icon has been changed again. (The vibez is black now)
5. Added an option to change the SCREEN_BOTTOM_NORMAL_BACKGROUND and the SCREEN_TOP_NORMAL_BACKGROUND items together. When this option is selected, changing one of those items will also change the other to match. This option is on by default. When those items are different they have interesting effects on the background. This application does not display those effects at this time.
6. Rearranged the menu. Added an Options item and moved some subitems there.

3. One color dialog at a time is now the default.* When a new color item is selected any open dialog is cancelled.
4. A better asterisk is drawn on the list item preview screen.
5. Checkmarks are being drawn in place of the temporary '/' on the dialog action tab and text input previews.
6. When the window is resized the tree control changes in size with it.
7. A new application icon was created.
8 Fixed a bug where the proper list item screen was not always being shown for the LIST_ITEM_SPECIAL item.
* If you want multiple color dialogs to be the default then create an environment variable called VSE_DEFAULT_ALLOW_MULTI_DLG and set its value to 1. (On Windows XP: Right-click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties', Select the 'Advanced' tab, click on the 'Environment Variables' button. In the 'User Variables for xxx' section select 'New'. Type in the variable name and value shown above.) If the value is changed to anything that doesn't start with 1 then the default will be single dialogs again.
