The average male is supposed to have 100 hairs/sq. inch. There are 1,000 follicles avaliable in that sq. inch, but only 100 are supposed to be hair bearing. James has found that most men he has treated have 200 to 300 hairs/ sq. inch. I have about 385 hairs/sq. inch. Lucky me! In the 3 hours I was with James, he cleared completely about 4 sq. inches. I was hoping in the beginning that I would be done in a little over 150 hours. After doing a little research and talking with James, I found out it will be closer to 300 hours. After 43 hours of treatment my hair count on my check is down to 69 hairs/sq. inch. My entire face and neck can be cleared in 3 hours. I also am shaving just once a week, just before I go out as Tina. This is just to get rid of the stray hairs. There really isn't anything to shave at this point. There are places that do still hurt, but not as bad as before. The upper lip and the chin. Did you know you have hairs in your lip? Ouch! Note: I have gotten discouraged from the regrowth. There are 3 phases to clear out and after being cleard for a while, it did come back. I'm almost done with phase 2 now. I am persistent and it will pay off. I hate hair! Progress Update September 8, 04 Total Hairs Cleared: 172,852 in 271 hours It is looking now like it will be close to the 300 hours to get the job done. This is mainly due to the density of my hair growth. I do have a few areas that are "closed for businiss" and the rest is very sparse. I still have my whole neck to do yet. Ugh! Another change is that it seems to hurt more on some days. James told me this is because my skin is lacking water because of the dry season and needs more power to remove the hair. * It's June now and my cheeks have become very sensitive. At this point there will not be any sleeping during the sessions. * November 2002 My face is virtually clear from the jaw line up.(My chin still needs a bit of work) James just clears out the few that come back each week and is moving down my neck. I now just go once a week for 90 minutes at a time. Also, some of the treatments are rather painless again. I'm not sure just why, but I'm not complaining. I'm getting there! * May 10, 2003 My Face is done from the jawline up and my neck is getting much thinner. I just need a few minutes of mantinance on my face each week and then we get to work on my neck. I'm very close to being done now and very happy with the results. * August 14,2003 I am now almost done! I'm now just going back once a week for clean up. My neck has been cleared completely and an hour on me gets almost everything. It is so nice to have smooth skin and not have to worry about stubble at all. Check out my latest close up photo on the next page. * January 8,2004 I'm now very close. I go just once a week for 30 minutes and James clears andy stray hairs on my mask are and then works on my neck. I need not shave anymore, but do just to get some of the minor stubble on my neck. This is just once a week. <G> * September 8, 2004 I now go to see James about once ever 3 weeks and he just "nit-picks" the stray white hairs that pop up. Usally there is only about 100 or so to pluck and then I'm gone. Soon, they too will be gone. I will be puting a new and final Face photo up as soon as I can. *

My Recommendation!
8/20/2001 I have just tried a new electrologist and I was very happy with what I found. The business is run by James Walker and he is a very kind and understanding man. The treatment was fast and I would say almost painless. The only thing I noticed after the treatment was just what looked like a mild sunburn. That was gone in 24 hours. I would give him a high rating and if you are thinking of trying this, I would say go there! *Hopefully you live in the Buffalo area.* In the 3 hours I was there, James removed 1239 hairs. This has a great start and I could have gone back the next day if my schedule had permitted it. I had been used to needing a week to recover from a treatment before I tried Executive Image. James estimated that I have 25,000 hairs to be removed. I have a ways to go, but I feel like I'm finally on my way to a smooth face! If you do go, copy the card below for the discount and it will also help me a bit!

For more info about Executive Clearance, use this link to visit their web site. You will also find some good information about electrolysis there. For those more sensitive areas, James now can give you a referral to an anesthesiologist who can give you a "local" so that you will not feel anything while he works!

Here is a visual I don't really want to show, but I thought you may like to see. This is a before and after shot. The Photo on the left shows a little redness on the upper cheek just after having a small area done. The one on the right is after 3 hours and clearing a total of 1,822 hairs! James was able to clear this amount because my growth pattern is in straight rows and very close together. So, I may have had a lot, but it went quickly. I had no redness the following day from the treatment.
