Read an excerpt from "The Thin Line Between Heaven and Hell"
I have just completed my first book, "The Thin Line Between Heaven and Hell."  It is the story of Dalton James, a twenty-year veteran of the fire service.  You can share the experiences life and death, trauma and triumph . . .
in this true-to-life story of one firefighter who has seen it all.  The opening quote of the book says it all:

There is a thin line between heaven and hell.
I cross that line every day.
I am a firefighter.

That is a line that every firefighter crosses every day when he or she goes to work.  That is a line that every firefighter, whether paid or volunteer, crosses without a second thought.  That is a line that is respected by most, feared by some, overlooked by the careless.  That line is "The Thin Line Between Heaven and Hell."
