| THIMBLES ON WHEELS (TOW) is a traveling thimble group. The name was chosen because members are geographically diverse and attending meetings will involve travel, usually including an overnight stay. As almost all forms of transportation have wheels, even planes, our name evolved. Our goal is to combine thimble meetings with intra-state, interstate, and inter- national travel. At present, we meet several times a year on no preset schedule. Meetings are scheduled whenever and wherever someone wishes to host the group. One meeting every other year is held at the site of the Thimble Collectors Interna- tional Convention. Membership is open to everyone who loves thimbles, regardless of where they live. There are no dues. If you are interested, email one of the Contacts to get on the email list* for updates. Receive notice of future meeting sites. Attend any meetings you can.
