Note: How do these documents prove who we are?
The 2 - 1928 Corporate documents show that the Church was incorporated in 1928 by Abp. Ofiesh whose signature appears on this document. Next is the Certificate of Good Standing that shows the Church, incorporated in 1928, still exists as of the date the form was issued and last is the corporate directors certificate showing the directors of the Church Corporation today. Anyone who claims to be this Church and their name does not appear in our directory or as a director may not be part of this historic American Orthodox Catholic Church. If in doubt please contact us.
