Linda Jones, founder of The Jones Group, started her career as a Human Resource Generalist for Avis Enterprises International (with Warren E. Avis, Founder of Avis Rent-a-Car), and left Avis after 10 years as a Vice President of Human Resource Development. She has spent the past 20 years specializing in the placement of Executive Level Candidates in the areas of Information Technology, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Financial Administration. The Jones Group is an intentionally compact professional group (a staff of three) which allows us to offer a very affordable fee structure with a low cost-per-hire to a repeat Client Base.
