Well simply stated the word "Transgender" is a term that encompasses anyone from the "Crossdresser" (a person who dresses in the clothing of the opposite sex), to the "Transexual" (those who are transitioning to the opposite sex through surgical means)..
We are all at different levels in our own "Transgendered Journey".
I myself am a heterosexual male who likes to dress feminine from time to time, so therefore I am a member of the "Transgender Community".
