| TECKA" recieves broadcaster of the year award @ HOTFM for 2004.Presented by the president of HOTFM,Mr Ian Horbury. This is the inaugural Graham McGuinness Award,on the anniversary of the death of the popular man of the airwaves for 47 years."TECKA".says it was an honour to be chosen as the first award recipient of the G/M Award,and is humbled by the experience. |
| Tecka's Tracks is 'Rock" & Blues Program that has been on air for the best part of 14 years,from the studios of HOTFM, in Mildura,Victoria,Australia. With ths onset of so many great "Blues" artists recording albums from all over the globe,it was a "natural" progression for "Tecka" to arrange the format to a "Rock" & Blues Program.. He still gets the chance to "Self Indulge', playing some of his favourite "Heavy's of the last 30 years or so. And now he has added an "Acoustic" segment to the program.The show now runs for a full 3 hours,from 10.00pm till- 1.00am."Aussie" time.on Tuesday Nights.
