I completed the 35th ING NYC Marathon on November 7th, 2004. Although I finished it in my personal worst time, I had a blast out there.

Running Profile.
I have been running since Feb 2001. I have run 7 marathons so far. The best being the marathon in the parks on 11/17/2002. I finished it in 3 hours, 34 minutes in the process I have gone from 197 pounds to 130 pounds

Thanks to all the 7 marathons, I have kept the weight off. It is both a science and an art to loose weight Math of loosing weight

I have been a vegan who is partial to diary products all my life. Some times I take a shot
