Egyptian Graphics

Here they are, finally, back and updated. You'll note there are a lot of links missing that were here before, because those sites have either died or moved with no forwarding address, or else the images are broken and the site is thus of no use here. I myself lament the loss of Argotique Graphics and its mirror site. I've tried hard to find out where it went, but no luck. You can find it at the Internet Archive Wayback Machine--but since they are cached, the graphics will then save only in bitmap format, spoiling them as gifs. Sorry. Don't know how to save them otherwise. :( Most links here will lead to the page where the Egyptian graphics are posted. Some do not, because they are frames sites or because the webmaster frequently changes the URL. At Kenja's site, for example, you have to click on "Ethnic" in the menu to get to some new and improved (since the last time I visited!) Egyptian backgrounds. I've tried to make this as easy as possible, but you may still have to look around a bit. :) If you know of another site with free ancient Egyptian-themed graphics, or have one yourself, please e-mail me with the link and I will include it here, should the graphics be acceptable. (All I ask is that they feature an ancient Egyptian theme, that they be original to that site, and that they be of at least moderately good quality!) I hope you find these useful! And please remember to give the creator credit if you use their images, by linking back to their site.
