I think every little kid wants a pony at one point in their life; especially little girls, horses and ponies have won our hearts forever. Horse owners everywhere devote their lives to their animals. I even have a shirt that says; “My life is devoted to the comfort and convenience of my horse.” Horses become our companions, they will listen when no when else wants too, and well not judge us on how we look. I have another shirt that says; “The more people I meet the more I like my horse.” This shirt again, is wonderful and speaks the truth.
Hopefully every horse person will be able to experience the joy that a horse can bring you, whether it be through lessons, leasing, or ultimately horse ownership. I hope that everyone will find one horse that one special horse, that will bring them to the highest and lowest points of their life. Fortunately I found a horse that brings all these emotions of pride, love, caring, and moments of sheer bliss, as well as not so good moments. That’s why I made this site it’s dedicated to my wonderful horse, Homer.
