This website is dedicated to one of the best drivers the east coast has ever seen and  to ever strap on a racing helmet. Billy has a long list of exciting feature wins in almost any type of dirt car you can think of along with a few asphalt wins. With this site I am thanking Billy for all the years of excitement he has given me in dirt track racing and it isn't over yet.
