The crew consists of three members, pilot, turret gunner who is also the radioman and a bombardier who is also the radar operator.
The wing is of full cantilever construction, with an outer panel folding arrangement of the stand-on-edge and fold-straight-back edge.
Alighting gear is conventionl and fully retractable.
The Wright-Cylcone C-14BB (R-2600-20), 14 cylinder radial, double row, air cooled engine drives peller. The engine is equipped with a single drive a three-blade Hamilton Standard Hydromatic Progear driven, two-speed supercharger, and a Stromberg Injection Carburetor.
