Uncoming Event:

"Four Schools BBQ Day" 燒烤同樂曰
Date: June 6, 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 11am to 3 pm*
Place: Area C, Milliken Park, Scarborough (Steeles Ave East / McCowan Road)
Parking: Please use Steeles Ave entrance only
Ticket Fee: $4** for Tack Ching Girls' Association members
$8 per person for family members and friends
Food***: Roast Pork, BBQ Pork Chop, BBQ Chicken, Vegetables & Fruits
RSVP Deadline: May 22, 2009 - please advise the number of tickets by contacting your team leader or replying via email note to tackchingcanada@yahoo.com.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
* Lunch will be served between 12 noon to 1pm.
Please be ensure to arrive on time. The committee will order enough food according to the number of tickets sold. However, food will be served on a first come first serve basis and no food will be reserved or served after 1pm.
** To honor your loyalty, the Association pays $4 for the ticket on your behalf. If you have reserved tickets for yourself and friends and do not show up, we will charge you $8 for each ticket (for both member and friend).
*** Food to be provided by Star Walk Buffet
