Our fully air conditioned luxury executive villa with own pool and spa is situated only 15 minutes ( 8 miles) from Disney Maingate, 25 minutes from Universal and accomodates 8 people comfortably (or 10 if double sofa bed used).
Constructed in 2006 it is situated on a premium lot, not overlooked from behind and benefits from upgraded furniture, fixtures and fittings. It has four bedrooms, including two similar sized master suites, three bathrooms, two living areas, a fully fitted kitchen, a heatable screened pool and spa with child safety fence, utility room and games room in double garage with 7ft Air Hockey table and 7ft Pool Table.
The villa is fitted with a (free) security safe, smoke alarms, alarms on doors to pool deck and fire extinguisher and is looked after by a local management company who can provide help and advice together with a 24 hour emergency service.
For those travelling with children the hire of such items as cots and highchairs can be arranged.
All crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided together with ample fresh towels and bedlinen.
There is also an iron, ironing board, hairdriers and clock radios.
Vizcay resort is an easy locaton to find just off Highway 27, 1 1/2 miles South of the I4 junction (55). The I4 gives quick access to the major theme parks, Kennedy Space Centre and beaches such as Cocoa Beach to the East, and the Gulf Coast in the West.
Shops including a 24hr Wallmart, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, and gas station are all nearby. There are also many golf courses in the area; Champions Gate and Reunion are less than 10 minutes away.
The nearest airport is Orlando International, approximately 30 miles away, with Sanford International also within easy reach.
