You are invited to join the ActiveSMS Database. You need only give your consent to receive a MAXIMUM of 2 SMS messages of a commercial nature per day.
It is FREE to join the ActiveSMS Database.
You are able to EARN MONEY by introducing others to the Database
You are able to EARN MONEY on advertisements that we send to people that you have introduced to the Database.
You are able to EARN MONEY on advertisements sent through ActiveSMS by people or businesses you have introduced to the Database.
Joining the Database as a Member
- It is free to join the database and become a member of ActiveSMS.
- It is not permitted for any person to sign you on to the Database without your consent.
- By becoming a Member of ActiveSMS you are giving your consent to receive a maximum of two SMS advertisements a day from advertisers who use the services of ActiveSMS.
- ActiveSMS is a network marketing company, so you will be asked to supply the name and cell phone number of the person who has introduced you to ActiveSMS (your sponso)
- You will then be on your Sponsors downline
- Your sponsor will receive a royalty from ActiveSMS on every advertisement that you receive from ActiveSMS.
- If you do not have a sponsor you are still able to join ActiveSMS.
- We will get a Charity to sponsor you, and you will then be on that Charity`s down line.
How you can earn money by getting others to join the Database
- You are able to create your own business, your Independent Business, within ActiveSMS by introducing new Members to the Database on your down line.
- By creating your own Independent Business you become an Independent Business Owner (IBO).
- As a Member of ActiveSMS, you create your Independent Business and become an IBO simply by introducing one new Member to the Database on your down line. This new member will become your first Sales Manager . It follows that your Sales Manager may then become an IBO in his/her own right by introducing a new Member. This new Member will be one of your Sales Representatives . Your Sales Representative will become an IBO when he/she introduces a new Member.
- An ActiveSMS Independent Business may have a maximum of two levels, Sales Managers being on your 1st level down line and Sales Representatives being on your 2nd level down line.
- As an IBO you can have as many Sales Managers as you can persuade to join on your down line, and you will have as many Sales Representatives as your Sales Managers can persuade to join up on their down lines. It is in your financial interest to persuade as many people as possible to sign up on your down line.
- You will not earn any commission by signing up a new Sales Manager on your down line. However, your ActiveSMS account will be credited with a commission of R5.00 for each of your Sales Managers who become IBO`s, at the time they sign up their first new Member on their down line. Your account will also be credited with R5.00 for every Member on your 2nd level (your Sales Representatives) who becomes an IBO.
- ActiveSMS does not ask for payment for giving you the opportunity of earning money by becoming an Independent Business Owner. Instead, the first R25.00 of your earnings each year will accrue to ActiveSMS, and you will only be paid for annual earnings in your ActiveSMS account over and above the first R25.00. Your account financial year runs from the anniversary of its formation.
How you can earn money from advertisements received by your down line
- Advertisers will be sought to advertise their products/services by way of commercial SMS`s (advertisements) to a targeted selection of ActiveSMS Database members. The advertisers will select members by specifying certain criteria by which they wish the recipient to qualify:
For example, the advertiser may wish to reach male ActiveSMS Members between the age of 35 and 45 who live in the Northern areas of Johannesburg. The selection process will only inform the advertiser of how many Members qualify, ActiveSMS will never divulge the personal details of our Members to advertisers (please see our Privacy Statement ).
- It is budgeted that the fee to be charged to advertisers will be R1.50 (excluding VAT) per SMS per recipient, but this figure is not guaranteed and sometimes it may be more or less.
- You do not receive royalties on any advertisements that you receive, only on advertisements that members of your down line (your Sales Managers and Sales Representatives) receive.
- Your ActiveSMS account will be credited with 20% of the fee charged to the advertiser for every advertisement sent to a Member on your 1st level down line (your Sales Managers).
- Your ActiveSMS account will be credited with 10% of the fee charged to the advertiser for every advertisement sent to a Member on your 2nd level down line (your Sales Representatives).
- In order for Members on your down line to be as attractive as possible to advertisers, and to receive interesting and relevant advertisements, it is important that you encourage them to fill in their Lifestyle Questionnaire on their Members page of this website. In this way you increase your chances of earning more money from them.
How you can earn money by introducing Advertisers to ActiveSMS
- ActiveSMS has created the Advertiser Account that enables a person or a business to create their own SMS advertisement, select their target market from within the ActiveSMS Members database, pay ActiveSMS for the advertisement and send it to their selected target market. All this can be done from within this website.
- You do not receive royalties on any advertisements that you send out from your Advertiser Account, only on advertisements that are sent out by Members on your down line.
- If one of your Sales Managers (i.e. a person or a business which is a Member on your 1st level down line) uses their Advertiser Account to send out an advertisement, your ActiveSMS account will be credited with 20% of the total cost of that advertising campaign..
- If one of your Sales Representatives (i.e. a person or a business which is a Member on your 2nd level down line) uses their Advertiser Account to send out an advertisement, your ActiveSMS account will be credited with 5% of the total cost of the advertising campaign.
- Therefore you can earn substantial revenue by signing up businesses on to your down line, and persuading them to advertise through ActiveSMS.
Definitions
Member - An individual or organisation that has agreed to join the ActiveSMS Database.
Sponsor -The person who has invited you to join the ActiveSMS Database, and who has signed you up on their down line.
Down line - People that a Sponsor has introduced to the database, directly or indirectly, and who have been registered on the Database under that Sponsor.
Royalty - A payment that occurs each time a particular event takes place.
Independent Business Owner (IBO) - An ActiveSMS Member who has introduced at least one new Member to ActiveSMS by having that new Member signed up on his/her down line.
Sales Manager - The term that an IBO uses to refer to any ActiveSMS Member who he/she has recruited and who is linked directly to him/her on the Database. Sales Managers are on an IBO`s 1st level down line.
Sales Representative - The term that an IBO uses to refer to any ActiveSMS Member who one of his/her Sales Managers has recruited, and who is thus linked indirectly to him/her on the Database. Sales Representatives are on an IBO`s 2nd level down line.
Commission - A once-off payment that occurs when a particular event takes place.
