Theme: Holiday Magic The Service Unit isn't dressing as a theme so your girls can pick how they want to dress. The only restriction is that you cannot have a live Santa and you can't promote any political party. When and Where? The Girl Scouts are #29 in the parade!!!!! The troops will meet at the Dumfries Town Hall at 12:00 PM. The parade starts at 1:00 PM. If you are running late you may face closed roads. Parking There is no parking available at the Town Hall. We recommend parking at the Dumfries Shopping Center by the Rite-Aid and walking to the Town Hall. If you drop your girls off at the Town Hall, make sure an Adult stays with the girls while cars are being parked. What to wear? Besides the costume, etc. please dress for the weather. Bring extra gloves for girls that forget them. One year it was so hot we were in short sleeves! |
