1. Remove your old (metric) studs
2. Degrease
3. Bead blast to bare metal (I leave the bearing mounting surface as-is)
4. Drill the 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern on a CNC milling machine that has been dial indicated to the bearing mounting area (to keep everything nice and centered)
5. Press your studs in (Factory Five provides Wagner BD61230 studs with your IRS kit. If you are buying studs before you get your kit, please order this part number or Dorman 610-252, Motormite 28230, or Balkamp 6411392 which are equivalent. Other part numbers require a different hole size and can delay the return of your hubs.)
6. Ship them back to you (included in price of $75 if in lower 48). I ship your parts back on a truck within one week of receipt. I prefer money orders. I send you a tracking number as soon as I ship.

Standard Service $150 New Lower Price

You send me your knuckles with hubs still installed but you have removed all of the brake parts and dust shields.  I recommend removing the bushings. I can clean them without removing the bushings but if you want paint, they must come out.  You also supply bearings and wheel studs. I will:

1. Press out hubs
2. Press out old wheel bearings
3. Degrease and bead blast hubs
4. Degrease and bead blast knuckles (you have removed brake dust shield)
5. Machine hubs and press in studs you provide (Factory Five provides Wagner BD61230 studs with your IRS kit. 6. Press in new bearings you provide. I have built assembly tools specific to these bearings. I press on the outer race (like you are supposed too) not on the inner race like some shops do.
7. Press the hubs back in while properly supporting the inner race with a purpose made tool.

8. Ship them back to you (included in price if in lower 48). I try to return your parts back on a truck within a week of receipt (options requiring me to order parts will add a couple of days). I prefer money orders but do take PayPal on orders of $200+. I send you a tracking number as soon as I ship .

Upgrades / Options

1. I remove old bushings (bolts must be removed from bushings) and install new poly bushings (you supply) $50
2. I remove old bushings (bolts must be removed from bushings) and install new VPM poly bushings (I supply) $150
3. I supply wheel studs $25
4. I supply wheel bearings (NTN ET-CR1-0846, double row tapered roller bearings, OEM/Ford Racing)  $75 New Lower Price
