| 1. | Go to the site that contains the file that you want to download. | |
| 2. | Right click on the link. (Macintosh users hold down the mouse button.) When the popup menu appears, click on the "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link Location" option. | |
| 3. | Load this site into your browser and paste the link into the edit box designated by the text "Enter the URL to send to your Online Drive here". | |
| 4. | Click on the drop-down menu underneath the edit-box and select the online drive that you use. | |
| 5. | Click on the "Save" button and then follow the instructions on the window that pops up. | |
