| Update 10.08.08 - It appears that many Southeast Missouri Public safety agencies are going digital. (No idea why). The list of agencies is growing. Be aware there is still plenty of analog communications to be heard on a conventional scanner. Here's a list of KNOWN area agencies using digital. The following MAY be heard with any digital scanner.
