Hillbilly girl goes to the big city! – or - London, Baby!

Okay, im ready to tell you everything about my 4 days in london, my two evenings and all the stress with SPiC and well...all the dirties lol! Im now prepaired to write this alittle longer story! I have a bottle of sprite and a waterice (ist sooo hot out there, thats why i fleed inside to write this story! I guess ist 37°C or even more! I think im melting...aaahh...) because i hate iceCREAM (OMG im like ross aahh!!) i have a manowar CD to make me angry and a lion-king CD to calm me down again! (dont actually know why i need those but..!) oh, before we start or better before you start reading this you should know that not this whole text is about matty and/or spic, but about my london-adventures! If you dont want to read all that stuff, the matty related things are marked ( ***matthew***)

Okay, so lets start!
To be honest, i did actually not plan to go to london, i don’t know why, i just didn’t want to! But then with the holidays coming up and all my friends gone on vacation, i felt kinda bored so i thought: well maybe i can check out if there are still tickets (the holidays were about to start in one week!) so i convinced my dad to go with me cause my friend who originally wanted to go with me wasn’t allowed to! I checked out ticketmaster (i gotta be honest, i spent too much time thinking that there is enough time left which wasn’t true!) and found out that there are no more tickets available! So i was kinda dumped, but some days later some friend from a german friends forum (www.always-friends.de/community/index.html if anyone cares! There are some cool guys there!) told me he got his tickets from this Albemarle-booking agency thing! So i sent those guys an email telling them which day and anything and one day later i got an answer that he still has tickets available but that the top-price-seats are sold out! This email only said something about paying by creditcard, but no one in my family owned one (now we do!)! so i spent like a whole week discussion back and forth until i finally could pay by bank-transfer! So that was all the pre-stuff...

August 1st:
We went to frankfurt by train! I was reading “stupid white men” by Michael Moore! This book is soo great, but anyway! We arrived there and had alot of time left, so we sat down in a mc donald’s which had a big window so you could see the planes taking off and landing (very cool!) so finally OUR plane took off and we flew to london. It didnt even take 1 and a half hour till we got there! London was all cloudy and rainy meanwhile in germany the sun was shining! After we had our luggage, which took a while cause there was something wrong with the screen, we entered london city! I was like London, Baby! And some man beside me looked at me in a weird way! We drove there by underground and got off at sheperd’s bush (our hotel was “k West” if anyone knows or something!) after we checked in and got rid of our baggage, we wanted to check the location of the theater so we drove back to piccadilly circus! Its very cool there! We asked some business man where the comedy theater is and finally found it! We had plenty of time till the evening performance started so we went to a pizzahut near the CT!
***matthew***
Call me crazy but only the imagination that MATTHEW PERRY was right in the building in front of me drove me crazy!
In this pizzahut i couldnt eat anything! I almost had to throw up though! Man i was nervous! So i went to the toilet...just in case...you know, but i thought: my god, its just a human dont panic and i didnt want my father to know how crazy his daughter is, so i decided to keep the food and walk upstairs again! Okay, so we got to the theater again and went in! We collected our tickets and sat down at our seats (upper circle, places 16+17 in row A!) but suddenly a woman talked to me, that i was supposed to show her my tickets! As it turned out the money wasnt transfered in the nick of time and the theater had sold the tickets twice and i was supposed to leave! Man i was angry! Matthew was so close but so far away! After i yelled at this employee named jen for like 15 minutes, she offered me to make an exception and sell me already now the standing-tickets for the next evening which are actually not sold before this very evening! My father decided not to buy a ticket for himself, cause he said he wouldn’t understand anything anyway! So we left again and walked around in the city alittle!
we sat down in a park on leicester square and spotted the other people (esp. Japanese tourists) walking around!
Then it was time to go to the theater again because the performance would be over in 20 minutes! In front of the stage door were alot of people already, but there were even more coming! I had a pretty good place, i stood in the 1st row! My father sat down on some stairs across the street, were some other men, apparently other fathers of matty-crazy daughters were already sitting! We waited AGES! Finally, the bodyguard came out and started building up the barrier. He talked to the peeps alittle, but i most times didnt understand what he said because he was too far away! We waited AGES again until some employees of the theater came out of the stage door and went home! It was the birthday of an employed girl called amy and as some guy said that, everyone sang happy birthday! After waiting some ages more (Grand Britain was now not an island anymore! It had moved due eruptions and now was a part of the rest of europe! The hole in the ozone layer had grown and everyone walked around like the desert-people from africa although it was night! But you didnt see it was night because the moon had become a second sun! Oh and Mr. Mulder was right! The truth was out there...i saw some marsians  walking around talking kneggish! ... I’m just kidding of course!! ? ) but finally, finally, hank came out! He looked like a boy scout because of his rucksack! That was so cute! Then minnie and kelly came out too! They had been signing for maybe 5 minutes when hank said that matthew was not coming out and that he had left already! Everyone thought he was just kidding but he said he would never be kidding about something serious like that (this was funny again, because it kinda sounded like he was Mr. president and would be talking about a nuclear disaster)! But after time we realized he wasnt kidding, so everyone was very disappointed! So i thought, when matt’s not coming out, i can try to get autographes from all the others! I got one from minnie! I dont think she’s all bitchy anymore now and i think hank is very cute! Then i got one from hank! Unfortunately i only had brought my TW9Y dvd and as he looked at it, he said: “well i wasn’t in it, but...” and everyone was laughing! Then he gave me the case back and some other girls (I don’t know if they are in the MPP, but i guess they are, at least one of them! She has blond hair and wears glasses and she stood directly in front of the car! Peeps who were there know what i mean! She had tickets for the next evening, stalls bar, and she was standing in front of the stage door the next evening again! She seemed to have been there several times since she had several pictures of matty and hank and the bodyguard seemed to recognize her, so if its you, who I’m talking about, please email me at: girlpower909@yahoo.de) gave him a red cap that said ENGLAND and he seemed to be very happy and said he would wear it in any case, but he couldn’t now because this would ruin his hairdo! So everyone laughed again! Then he was moving in my direction again and i was like :”Hank! Smile!” and he smiled directly in my camera! then he said something like: he didnt like to smile and neither should he because he would look so dumb then! He should rather make a sexy face! But then he didnt! They signed for some more minutes and then left! By that time, almost everyone was aware of that matthew would not come out, but some woman standing behind me kept telling her friend that they are just kidding and that he would come out! As the bodyguard started moving the barrier and alot of people (including me) left, she was still standing there, convinced that he would come out and embarrassing enough started shouting his name! I walked faster! And then went to my father! I told him the bad news and we walked towards piccadilly circus again!
After a while, we drove back to our hotel and i watched TV alittle! We only had 2 german programs, which were MTV2 pop (we didnt have english MTV though!) and RTL II! not very interesting...
Then i went to bed!
So Friday really was not my day...i was haunted by the back luck...huh

August 2nd:
We left the hotel early and entered the city again! It was an all-sightseeing-y tour, but unfortunately my father had decided to walk the entire way! We walked around in london and i guess we’ve seen every little thing there (still walking!!!)! after my father was very angry because you had to pay to see all the churches we walked towards buckingham palace! Before we got there we went to St. James park because i couldnt hardly go 3 more meters! Then we went to buckingham palace! Unfortunately we missed this “changing of the guards”-thing, but i wasnt interested in this anyway, so! we went to oxford street and sat down in a pub there, then we went to harrod’s! It was HUGE!! There were people running around with maps so that they wouldnt lose their way in a SHOP!! then we went to Hyde park! There i finally realized why we had seen all those red bull cars carrying VERY odd vehicles! There was some red bull flugtag there! We ate there in some restaurant and then went to the theater again! We were standing on the sidewalk across the theater near this crossroad there and waited until i could go in as suddenly a taxi stopped in front of us and two very excited women were inside paying the driver! Then they jumped off and ran down the street! One of them almost run me over! As they were entering the stage door, i realized that minnie driver and kelly reilly just passed me! They were carrying big shopping packs and they were obviously late, because it was only 30 minutes to go until the next performance! So i went in the theater! I was like: do whatever you want but this time you cant throw me out!!! I was the first to enter the door leading to the upper circle and so i got the best place, in the middle of the theater! It would have been better though if i could have sat down, because my feet were KILLING me! Some people beside me (two women and the boyfriend of one of them!) were talking about friends! The women tried to explain the guy who matthew was and why he looked so damn good! During this half an hour i was standing there 4 people were thrown out too! And i could only see those who were sitting on the upper circle!
So, after 35 since i was in there, suddenly the light was switched off and you could hear the song “everybody was kung-fu fighting!” ... god, i love this song! Then the curtain rose and matt and hank were sitting there! You kinda felt that they didnt have alot of theater experience because esp. Matt was shouting out his text (which was good, because i could hear him better up there!) but after time, he talked “normal”! I’ve read several times that matthew would actually talk like chandler in real life! This wasnt real life though, but sometimes you heard the well-known “could this BE...”! i have to say the play was very funny, although i didnt understand everything! The funniest thing i think was “last time i m..... i thought about my left hand!” also, i think, that the bridges between each scene were very good! Esp. The songs, because I’m a big fan of oldies, i knew alot of them! After a time everything has to go to an end and so did the play (I kinda didnt understand the end though...everything’s for nothing??...i dont know!) but the yellow pants...awww! when they came out again i took some pics although its forbidden...but my wish, that maybe, because it was the last performance, there would be something like a special was unfortunately not coming true!
I literally stormed out and was one of the first to leave the theater! Outside i met my dad who had been in a pub meanwhile! So i went towards the stage door but there were even more people that last time, and, to make it worse, there was standing a truck, so they couldnt build up the barriers and there was not that much space! First i stood in 7th row, but i could manage to go to 4th row! We waited ages again, but this time they were coming out faster! Matthew too! Man, he looks even better than on screen or i would have ever imagined! Minnie helped some guys to get the furniture of the play into the truck and then it moved away! My father stood in 1st row up there! I took alot of pics! He almost had my dvd but then grabbed something from someone else and after having signed for not even 3 minutes, they left! Some guy behind me said “could he BE any ruder?” and although he was annoying me i thought he was right! (now its time for the lion king lol) i went to my dad again, who didnt get an autograph either and we decided to go home! I was kinda angry, but i also could understand...it was just that this was the last evening and i thought this time they would be signing for eternities and the fact that he didnt come out the day before when i had a great place drove me mad!

August 3rd:
We went to sightseeing again, but luckily this time we took one of those cool red sightseeing-busses! We drove around the city and then, 3 hours later arrived at marble arch again, where we had started! We wanted to go back to piccadilly circus to get something to eat but the subway was closed, you could only get off there! And there were millions of people who were going to hyde park! I thought about my plans of moving to new york and that maybe its really not that great to life in such a huge city!
Then we went to madame Tussaud’s! it was so full of people that you couldnt figure out the wax figures! You turned around and were like, oh sorry until you realized that you had run into james dean, george washington or elvis presley! Or you didnt apologize until you realized that this was not a wax-figure! Anyway! later we went on a ship and swam along the Thames! Then we got on a big bus again, but this time, it was with live english commentary (before we had taken a bus where you could listen to a tape of your language!) the commentary guy looked like mr. Bean only with gray hear! He was very funny! He often showed us where popular movies had been shot and stuff, but as we passed westminster abbey (I guess i passed this church 100 times! - and each time i was like : alright! Westminster abbey!) he didnt say anything about friends! We were sitting pretty close to him and so i told him everything about friends and joey’s and Chandler’s adventures with westminster abbey and he said he didnt know that but he was gonna keep and use it on the next tour! Just as we passed scotland yard, a woman in the bus was hit by a tree and i had to bite my lips for not starting to laugh! Now, as I’m writing this i have to laugh again! I know i’m mean, but hey, thats me...and who isnt!
We got off the bus near ritz hotel and walked towards piccadilly again! We ate in a mc donalds there and walked alittle through soho! We went into a building called Fun Land and there were flippers and stuff as far as you could see! On the 2nd floor there was even a car-scooter! I wanted to stay there and spend some money but my father said i would have been expensive enough on this trip! So we went to traffalgar square and sat down there! Then we walked home! We already packed some stuff but then we decided to do this tomorrow! We called my mom and she told me that my fav guinea pig, casper, had passed away the day before! May he rest in peace and god bless his good soul!
I was already almost asleep when my father called me that he had found the matrix-reloaded on some channel! I told him that you had to pay for that and went to bed again!

August 4th:
We packed the rest of our luggage and left our suitcases at the reception, then we walked to the Imperial war museum! I guess this building was the most far away in entire grand britain...we walked ages again! But there was an holocaust-special there which was very interesting! We went to the city and got something to eat ( an english kebab...it looked very weird but tasted like the ones you can buy in germany...it is BTW the most popular food you can buy in those snack-stands in germany!) and sat down in leicester square park again! Some little girls were kicking the pigeons there! We still had some time left until we had to go to the airport, so we went to the national gallery...man, I’ve never seen something more boring in my life! We went to the subway and as we were passing the street where the comedy Theater is located, i noticed, that they had changed the posters and stuff outside the theater! Thats when i realized that my London-time was over! Then we went to the hotel, picked up our luggage and drove to the airport! Then we got on the plane and flew home! I have to say, the airport in frankfurt is way cooler that heathrow! Everything is so old there and you have to walk to each terminal! in Frankfurt, a train takes you to the terminals! And frankfurt is way more modern in design and stuff! Heathrow looked so old! We had to wait in Frankfurt, cause the next train home would arrive there not before 1 hour! I read alittle in my book! We got home around 2am!

Well, to sum my london-trip, i have to say it was very cool and although friday was very disappointing and i didnt get an autograph, it was worth it! I mean all my friends are jealous ;) a friend of mine wants to go to london too! I promised her that i will go with her...I’m already looking forward!!

If you read this until the end, congratulation!!...you are really pathetic!! I’m just kidding :D
