The all new blogger driven quick and dirty CGI journal is no more.  I got my own CGI, and it's more funner, to me anyway.  Prolly because somebody I especially like built it, and it works without my having to hand over FTP info, and the input window was customized by me, so I am not continually fighting blogger's split screen, which was apparently made for people with high resolution.  I can submit via web page or by email, from any location.  I won't say it's better than blogger, and I won't say it's worse.  I am saying it fits me better, and I feel confident using it on my own site, with my private hosting.  So rather than running a blog in addition to my regular journal, I can run the new CGI as my regular journal.  That is very nice.  No more split personality.
