Checkmate Chronicle, which ran from February 2001 thru February 2006, has
ceased publication. Checkmate events are now covered in The Chess Coroner blog.
Here are the last 8
issues of the defunct Chronicle, in one form or another. The PGN from 09/04
& 10/04 will be re-assembled, zipped & uploaded, when time and space permit,

A blog
by our own John Moldovan which features annotated games & covers events at
the Checkmate & Kenilworth clubs.
The Chess Coroner’s
comprehensive list of local (mostly Union County) chess clubs.
Michael Goeller’s extremely
popular, top-notch blog is back after a brief hiatus.
A very impressive site
that is light-years ahead of ours, in both appearance & content. It has
annotated games & in-depth opening articles by experts & masters. Many
photos, too.
The Slow Time Control Bunch
is back with a new site & is again organizing major events such as The
Gauntlet. The group also runs weekly tournaments (G/45 or longer) on FICS & ICC & WCL.
Due to space
restrictions, the STC Bunch, Online Chess League, Team Chess & FICS Team
League zips have been removed. Other collections may be forthcoming.
