I found one long weight with 20 pounds at each side and one 5 pound dumb-bell.  I started to look for information around the internet for work out routines, and with the information I gathered in my scientific brain I devised a personal work out routine which fit me perfectly.  My body developed even more using free weights.

Another day while smoking another phillie I started to think about supplements, especially  about this new supplement called Creatine.  I bought GNC brand Creatine and some stuff called Glutamaine-L which supposedly helps your muslces regain lost protein during the work out.  The supplements worked as promised, my body developed so fast, it was amazing.  I had transformed myself somehow and I was looking better than I had in years.  It was a metamorphosis.  I felt better than the last time I felt better.  Then I got busy and stopped doing the work out routine, but still in my mind I know how to do it all over again, and this time I will write about it. I will perform my old work out routine like I used to that fateful summer.

Well its about time to let you know the purpose of this site, I will write a detailed journal about my work out experiences. I invite you to learn from my experiences and join me in the The Metamorphosis. Doing this work out makes me feel fit and healthy, and that is what makes life worth while.  Maybe this site can influence you and the other people reading to share this pheelin' with me.
My Shaping Tools
Purpose of this Site

I have been in the hobby fitness of lifting weights for about 4 years now, never really took it seriously,  I just did it to look good.  Slowly I realized I was feeling better and eating healthier since the start of my work out routine.  I started out using a weight machine which is now sitting in a corner gathering dust, machines didn't work for me, so I wasted almost one year using the weight machine.  I got fed up because my body developed to a point and then it stopped, so I stopped using it.

One day while smoking a phillie I started to think, and then it hit me! I needed a bench press and lift weights the old fashioned way.  I made a home made bench press (bench presses are expensive this days!)  using some wood and looked  in the attic for some old rusty weights.
1- Bench Press
2- One 40 pound long-weight
3- One 5 pound dumb-bell
4- A towel and plenty of H2O     or Gatorade
My Supplements
Supplements are not a necessary part of the work out routine.  If wished to be used then so be it, but if you'd rather do the work out routine "a la naturale" then so be it too. If supplements are plan to be used please read carefully what you will put in your body and the ingestion measurements.

1- Creatine - Provides energy and basic amino acids for muscle development. Its available in pill and powder.  I used the GNC powder brand the first time, but now I will use pills.

2- Glutamaine-L - Helps the muscle regain lost proteins during the work out. GNC brand pills.

3- THC - It helps my body and mind relax before the extreme work out routine.
Easy Diet
My diet consists mainly of avoiding every fast food that I see.  Do not eat at Burger King or McDonald's, I repeat, if you plan to do this work out then forget about fast foods for the rest of your life. The diet is not planning to eat stuff, its avoiding to eat stuff.  Avoid fried foods (especially KFC) and avoid pasta (especially Pizza Hut).

Fast food has killed as much people as cigarettes. (oh, now that I mentioned it, don't smoke cigarettes, its bad for your work out)  I read somewhere eating dirt is healthier than eating at any fast food.  Look for other things to eat, and do not eat so much, eat only what is necessary, lower the candy intake by eating fruits.
When to do What
This is how I plan my work out thru out the week.  I do the entire work out set (please refer to the work out routine page that explains each excercise) two times (this is what I call session 1, and session 2)most of the time. This is how I organized my work out routine:

From Mondays to Thrusdays - I do the entire workout two times, the first time when the sun is out, and the second at night.

Fridays - I take a break and just do it one time, it can be at night or in the day

Saturdays - Free day.  You may choose if you want to do the entire work out or just part of it, but if you just want to lay around or hang out, that is the day to do it.

Sundays - I do the entire work out two times, one can be done when the sun is out, and the next at night.  Or you could just do it two times when the sun is out. Or just do it two times at night, this is the one I prefer.
