Abstract
In the article, the author shows that to approach the complex phenomena of Reality we have to advance another system of description of the real phenomena (real processes and problems). Such a new system of description is elaborated in Nonstatanalysis - some new meta-theory. The fundamentals of Nonstatanalysis and the New paradigm of Interdisciplinary Investigations are detailed. A theoretical base of Nonstatanalysis is provided in the volume necessary to address the main topic of discussion. The problems of teleportation and UFO phenomenon are regarded as applied problems of Nonstatanalysis. Some other important applied problems are touched on.

Key words and phrases: integrated information system, teleportation, UFO phenomenon.
