In 1996 at an auction in New York, I was the winning
bidder on a very nice Civil War lot. The lot included a
Union Soldier's cap and the cabinet card photo above.
Little did I know, when I brought the items home, that this
was to be the beginning of a two year long quest. A quest which I am convinced was being led by E.T. Morse himself.
During my research of the items I had always had the strangest feeling that E.T. was trying to tell me something ... something very specific. After two years, and what I can only describe as a series of rather strange coincidences,
