ban pokemon

    I think and I know that many other people out there do also that Pokemon should be banned from this world. In case you did not know the word Pokemon stands for pocket monster.

     I am sure that you have all heard about all the violence in the schools over these cards and about all the little kid being killed over these. I think that is very stupid to kill your self over a little piece of cardboard. As a result of this violence many schools have taken to banning these cards. But there are still the schools out there that have not banned them and so to solve the problem for them as to weather or not they should ban them I think we should just ban them from the planet.

     The Pokemon industry is a very big industry thought, so far people have spent over 5 billion dollars on these things. The movie in it's first week alone made 50 million dollars, so that means that over ten million people went to see it in the first week alone. Character awareness is unprecedented; research shows 95 to 99 percent of children in the 5 to 11 age range were on the edge of their seats awaiting the opening of the Pokemon first movie. I think that's 100% to many kids. Pokemon is also the number one show on childrens T.V. with an average of 535,000 veiwers each week.
