I have been married to a wonderful man for almost 20 years and we have four great kids. You can learn more about them on our Family Facts page or on their personal pages.
I love to read. My favorites are Christian romance and the books in the Left Behind Series. I collect angels, birdhouses, and butterflies.
I love to scrapbook, when I can find the time. I am trying to catch up on all my old photo's in new books and keep up with the current ones. It is a big job. I was doing pretty good but have fallen behind in the last year.
I have started sewing and love it. I started making nursing clothes and clothes for my youngest to match. Sami has also been making some, with my help. You can check those out on my sewing page, I just got some new ones posted on my second sewing page.
I am also getting into quilting. Soon you can see what I have done on Terri's Quilts. I started taking a class at Hancocks on the second Saturday of the month. They teach a new block each month so at the end of a year you have a sampler quilt. I have five other quilts that I am collecting material and ideas for. I will post pics of them when I get them done.
I am really getting into redecorating our home. It is a 40 year old house and we are fixing it up. I am coming up with all sorts of ideas to make it look more personalized. We have redone all of the bedrooms and are now working on the living room, dining room and kitchen.
I have been an Independent Beauty Consultant for 9 years. I have decided to make some major changes in my career this year and really climb that laddar of success. You can find out more about that on my Beauty Basics page, as well as order online 24 hours a day.
In 1997, we started homeschooling our kids. That is where our adventure began. I have some great links on my Homeschool Helper page for that subject.
