When English films are released in foreign countries, it's often difficult to translate the titles exactly. Often the translation is embellished, or the English title must be changed so that a more accurate translation is made because of our use (or misuse) of grammer. To my knowledge all of these translations are correct, I did not make this list up nor grab it off of unreliable websites. I obtained the majority of them from language education sites where examples were made of translations when teaching. But you know, I can't guarantee the accuracy of all of these - it's very difficult to find any kind of source on the net that contains this information.
Somewhere on the net is a false list of Chinese translations that was published in the Wall Street Journal, only to find they were duped and the list was fabricated by a Top 5 Website. Because of that I've done my best to find accurate examples, although there is always a likelyhood of error These were taken from both theatrical releases and translations from video/dvd's sitting on store shelves.
