| The Smoky Mountain Olds Club (SMOC) was organized in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1994 and received its Chapter Charter in the Oldsmobile Club of America (OCA) in 1995. SMOC is in the Atlantic Southeast Zone of the Oldsmobile Club of America. This web site contains information about our club, how to join, and what kinds of activities that we participate in.
