| The Staten Island Center for Independent Living (SICIL) encourages people with any type of disability and any age to contact us for services, advocacy, and information. No referral is needed - just call us. We focus on residents of Staten Island, but residency is not required. We work with adults and children with disabilities and their families. We provide technical assistance on access and employment, accommodations to businesses and organizations. SICIL is supported by State funding and private contributions. |
