Wood Carving and sculpture is another medium I work with . I prefer working with wildlife and landscape wood carvings. I work mainly in the round but I also enjoy releif carving

Building bird houses and feeders is a side line to my wood carving and I also build squirl feeders.

Dolphins Mother and her young carved from pine and stands 5.5inches tall

Blue Bird on a stump carved from pine and stands 7.5 inches tall.

Humming bird  releif carving carved in cedar and painted with acrylic paint. 2.5 wide and 7.25 inches long. The next few birds are the same size and finished the same.

Squirrel Feeders

This is a squirrel feeder that holds a cob of feed corn on the screw . it is a lot of fun watching the squirrels feed on this one .made from pine and left natural but with a clear wood sealer .

Squirrel feeder this one is called squirrel under glass and is made from cedar and a 1 gallon glass jar.

Bird Houses

Note All of my bird houses are scientifically build and have drain holes, vent holes and an opening for clean outs. they are also built using galvinized screws and outside wood glue and are built to last a very long time .
