| General Tourism Websites: Battle Creek/Calhoun County Visitor and Convention Bureau Kalamazoo County Visitor and Convention Bureau Kevin and Sherry's Recommended Stops (places we have been): Clara's on the River - our favorite place to eat Binder Park Zoo - you can feed the giraffes!!! Gilmore Car Museum - if you like cars, you'll like this Leila Arboretum - it's a great place to visit, go for walks, etc... Historic Bridge Park - have a picnic, check out old bridges, go for a walk... Gary Fields Comedy Club - come into town early (Thurs/Fri) catch a show Other Interesting Places (we haven't visited these yet): Fort Custer National Cemetery - only one in Michigan Kellogg's Cereal City - it's what Battle Creek is famous for Kingman Museum - if you arrive early for the ceremony check it out Kalamazoo Air Zoo - sounds like fun to me Kalamazoo Nature Center - voted best by other nature centers |
