... has been teaching yoga, meditation and spiritual development to adults and children since the early 1980s.

She has studied widely under leading teachers in the UK, America and India, following the path of kundalini yoga. She owes everything to these enlightened teachers and it is their grace which has enabled her to develop her spiritual path; these include all the teachers of the Siddha Yoga lineage, and Lama Gangchen, Irving Feurst and H.H. Swami Anubhavananda. She describes herself as an "urban mystic" who brings to her classes a practical wisdom which combines her spiritual path with her everyday roles as mother, healer/therapist and community worker.

Her professional background is extensive and covers many modalities including Crystal and Gem Therapy, Flower Remedies, Reiki Classes and other major Light Body Systems such as her own integrated Radiant Heart Workshops© drawn from Tibetan, Mayan and Hindu systems.

Chris is also a certified teacher for S.U.N.™, the Spiritual Unfoldment Network®, a non-denominational, spiritually-oriented network dedicated to making available energy work from all major traditions. She is ordained as an interfaith minister and works for the upliftment of the community through service, spiritual education and the practice of peace.

In the last few years she has also been teaching her own Radiant Heart© Workshops, the fruit of her extensive experience as therapist, healer and spiritual advisor, and offering her service as life coach and mentor for those on their spiritual path. After living in the Oxford area for many years, Chris is now settled in Wales, moved by the warmth of the culture and people.
