We, the F1 fans of the globe, have stood up and taken notice of the rantings of one Formula 1 racecar driver David Coulthard. We unfortunately h ve no success when we throw things at DC's head on the TV while we're standing up. Sometimes it means we have to go buy a new TV. This is not an anti-Coulthard website, but a please-change-Mr.-Coulthard one. Hence the website name "Shaddup DC." This site's and sitemaster's full intent is to see that Coulthard keeps his mouth shut when he has the urge to criticize and/or bash oth r drivers. Peace.

I became an F1 fan first, then a Schumacher fan. Why? Because it is clear to anyone with half an eye that he is by far the most superior driver in F1 today. JV is talented, (but a little unbalanced and therefore dangerous), MH is also very talented but is undoutedly driving the best car. MS now has a car in which he can (and MUST, I hope) win the Championship. DC is an average driver in the best car. He has done what any decent driver in his position would have done ( okay, but never brilliant). He should ccept his fortune, realise his potential ( or lack of it,) and stop making himself look stupid by complaining about Michael's driving. Michael is a RACER David, he FIGHTS for position, he WANTS to win. If you can't stand being with the big boys, GO HOME. ick a gentler safer sport. But please for our sake and yours, stop bleating, whineing, complaining and if you must stay in the sport, be like the big boys, and act like a man.

If you disagree with DC it is your right, but just as DC has moved on and let his driving do the takin , all these anti-DC people should move on too. I read that interview earlier today too. And, all I can say is that DC our resident F1 ass in suffering from PTS, Post-Traumatic Syndrome. After such a horrific accident, such as his plane crash, the victim sustains severe mental damage and for complex re sons corrects the problem by two seperate approaches. First, he may suffer from survivors guilt in which he can't comprehend why he survived while others perished. Or, and this is the path DC has chosen, he becomes extremely self-orientated, in terms of m tivation, preservation, egotisicism, and takes on a care-free attitude in the face of all obstacles, and dangers no matter how immense. The reason being that if one can survive a terrible tradegy like a plane crash which claimed lives other then yours, th n you have faced the greatest danger and threat to your existence. (Should be noted that some see there existence due to the acts of a higher power which creates the same feelings with one added ideology, destiny). So if you've stuck with this ranting so ar, here's the question. What happens when DC loses the WC title and is faced with the blatant reality of his inferiority as a driver and in general his armor of invinceability is pierced.

Personally I think DC has the right to free speech but to whinge and whine - No he doesnt cos it makes the sport less desirable. All these people complaining that MS moves are dangerous, look at CART racing, it is hard tough racing not the way DC wants it I think he wants the F1 cars to have indicators and the track to have yield signs for the drivers ahead of him.
