RULES

1. We will run rain or shine... so bring clothes accordingly.
2. No drugs, alcohol or tobacco.
3. No Foul Language or derogatory terms.
4. Respect your coach and fellow teammates.
5. Four (4) unexcused absences and you're off the team.
6. Keep your GPA up. You are a "Student-Athlete". A student first, athlete second.
7.  Be on time... We start warm up at 3:45 PM .
8. Recruit - Get your buddies out to run with us.
9. Have fun and run..!
