Who Joins Toastmasters?

7am Toastmasters Club provides a supportive environment where members can learn and practice their presentation and leadership skills without the pressure found elsewhere. The club provides an educational program that teaches both prepared and impromptu ("on your feet") speaking. Members are guided through a series of professional manuals, developed by Toastmasters International, that emphasize different facets of public speaking. Subjects range from speech structure, word selection and body language to more advanced topics such as speeches for management, speeches for salespeople etc. After every presentation members are given an oral and written evaluation by an experienced member of the club, providing valuable feedback for the future.To learn more about the Toastmasters program click here.

7am Toastmasters has an internationally diverse membership ranging from USC students and faculty to downtown business professionals and retirees. We are fun, lively and focussed! Although the club's location is ideal for people working downtown, members come from as far away as Irmo and Winnsboro for our meetings.
