How I quit smoking

I would like to share my experience on how to quit smoking. I quit in 1997, now it is 2 years passed. I was sharing my experience with my friends and father. I decided to put it to a web page so that other people can read.
- It is difficult, Try it many times: I tried many times. a few hours, days. Last time 2 weeks passed and I wanted to break but I did not. I continued. I can say that 1 month is really difficult but after easy.
SO try it many times. Dont think that you are a weak person when you started again to smoke. Every non-smoking day is an earn for you. You did not loose anything. TRY and TRY. it took 6 months for me after deciding in my brain. I tried 5-6 times.
- Why do I have to quit ? I decided to quit in my brain. There must be reasons for this. My reasons : I am loosing my health. Every morning I was spitting out phlegm on the washbasin. When I was playing soccer, I feel that I am not able to run much. I was saying to myself "hey what are you doing to yourself, you are killing yourself".
- Other people words : Other non-smoking people dont like your
smoking and you dont like their blames. Main reason, they think themselves but not you. and you dont want to do something for people dont like you.
- Sexual activity : smoking is certainly decreases your sexual activity anf power. I feel this in the bed. your breathing becomes difficult. More, it smells bad. you dont feel this but non-smokers feel. believe me it ie really bad smell.
- Do it for yourself : Sometime other people words (friends, father, mother) causes to continue smoking. Dont take them into account. Do it for yourself. Dont think that you are quitting for other people.
- Best thing in your life : I can say that quitting smoking is the best thing I did in my life. It will be for you , too. I never wanted to turn back. I understand smokers. I dont blame them.
