Bar v1.0 I will go learn you now how to make a simple bar. Open a new document. My heigth is 405 by 27. Now, select all. Ctrl-A and go to Layer / Layer Style / Gradient Overlay... Than, click at your gradient and set this colors:  Click D and go to Edit / Stroke... Width"1" and color black and click ok. Now, add some links somelike's Home About Portfolio Contact enz. And you are done. My result:
